The walls are made from 22mm cladding, wrapped in a vapour barrier and framed in C24 fully kiln dried timber 3x2”. The roof is made from OSB 3 with 4x2” C24 kiln dried timber. As standard the roof is covered in EDPM giving you a 25 year guarantee on the roof. Windows and doors can either be wooden double glazed or UPVC.
